The combination of a beach, sunshine and house music may have originated in Ibiza, but can work just as well in Barcelona, where all of the necessary ingredients are found in plenty at The Barcelona Beach Festival.
Headlining the proceedings will be global DJ, super-star and super-producer, David Guetta, who has found international fame through his work with such
names as Snoop Dogg, Nicki Minaj and Sia.
Also on the line up are Swedes Axwell and Ingrosso, previously members of the Swedish House Mafia, who after going duo, burst onto the scene in 2014 under the auspices of industry giants Def Jam Recordings.
You can look forward to dancing the night away to their hits ‘Thinking about you’ and ‘Sun is Shining’.
As well as fully established global names, other acts on the bill include up and coming fresh talents such as Martin Garrix, Brian Cross, Hardwell, and many others.
Produced by Live Nation, Barcelona Beach Festival takes place on the 16th of July at the , and Platja del Fòrum i Parc de la Pau is set to become one of the biggest electronic music festivals in the Mediterranean alongside the likes with Sonar and Primavera Sound.
