The interior studio is designed as a space for 2 people, since it has a room with a double bed. In your living room, we have an ergonomic sofa for your rest, as well as a flat screen TV. The washbasin has essential bath products and a bathroom with shower. In the kitchen area we find everything you need for your use: fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle and kitchen utensils.
The studios are located in the neighborhood of La Guindalera, a picturesque place that belongs to the district of Salamanca. A 3-minute walk away, you will find the Plaza de Toros de las Ventas, Madrid's famous location. Also, an 11-minute walk away, you have the great WiZink Center stadium, an emblematic place where thousands of concerts, fairs and sporting events have been held. Further downtown, 20 minutes by metro you can reach the Landscape of Light,
a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2021. In that same amount of time, you can visit the home of the Real Madrid football team, the Santiago Bernabéu stadium. On the other hand, in just 18 minutes by metro, you can discover the iconic Puerta del Sol in Madrid that is home to the famous sculpture "El Oso y el Madroño". And in the same way, you can get to Plaza Mayor where you can have a "relaxing cup of café con leche".
