Pelai D has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds. The bedrooms are both generously sized with their own wardrobes and with French doors that open onto a mini balcony overlooking Balmes Street below. These make the rooms especially light. There is a small but well equipped modern bathroom. The living / dining room forms a part of the same space as the modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and features a ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave and all the utensils and crockery you will need to prepare a meal and to feel at home. The dining area features a table and four chairs and the living area features a comfortable sofa bed. Last but not least this vacation rental features a free Wi-Fi connection. This apartment can be rented in tandem with the apartment opposite which has similar characteristics and size.
Pelai D is located in prime position right in the centre of Barcelona. Las Ramblas and Plaça Catalunya are only 2 minutes walk away. As the name Pelai D suggests, this apartment is found on Pelai Street, at the point where it joins with Balmes Street, the border of the Old Town and the Eixample. This is one of the busiest shopping streets in Barcelona, running from Plaça Universitat to Plaça Catalunya. Pelai is lined on both sides with clothes shops,
shoe shops and specialist photography stores as well as bars and restaurants, making it one of the key city centre streets of Barcelona. A further benefit of being so central is that this apartment could not be in better place for public transport, being equidistant between Catalunya metro (Line 1 and Line 3) and Universitat (Line 1 – Red y Line 2 – Lila) and with a variety number of day buses, night buses, tourist buses and a Ferrocaril (urban railway) station too.
